About Moshi & Kilimanjaro
Moshi sits at the foot of Kilimanjaro, and on clear mornings the snow-capped summit simply appears above the town. It is a pleasant, manageable place with coffee culture, markets and a slower pace than Arusha.
Around it lie the coffee farms of the Chagga, waterfalls in the rainforest and the hot springs of Kikuletwa — a turquoise pool in the middle of dry country that you can dive straight into.
For us this is also the start of the Kili Gravel Race and of almost all our cycling and hiking routes.
