Our strength lies in personal guidance, local expertise, and authentic experiences — from the vast plains of the Serengeti to meaningful encounters with the Maasai and Hadzabe tribes, and relaxing moments on the beaches of Zanzibar.

Gerald Croes brings years of international experience in organizing sporting events and adventure travel. Born and raised in South Africa, Gerald developed a strong connection to Africa from an early age and has a deep understanding of African culture. With a background in organizing cycling events in Europe and a passion for Tanzania, he combines adventure with social impact. His vision is to create journeys that connect people while strengthening local communities. Gerald is Dutch, living in the Netherlands and Tanzania.
Angel Kopa was born and raised in Tanzania and comes from the Datoga tribe, giving her unique and in-depth knowledge of Tanzania’s diverse tribes and traditions. Through her personal background and many years of experience working with local communities, Angel offers guests authentic cultural encounters that go far beyond standard tourism. She represents the local heart of Ubuntu Adventure & Events, ensuring every journey is deeply rooted in respect, connection, and authenticity.
